You'll find ample parking in the brick-paved drive for 2 cars with overflow parking directly next door and around the neighborhood. The open porch off the back yard area is ideal for grilling those evening meals on the gas grill.

The first floor offers a living room with sectional sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and lots of windows with natural lighting, dining area with dining table seating 6 plus breakfast bar, with 3 additional place settings, for a total of 9.
