Summary: Very nice 3 BR house near the beach. Master bedroom had a memory foam topper on the bed, made it very comfortable. The other 2 bedrooms were reported to have VERY hard beds by the people in our party who slept in those rooms. The check-in 'orientation' was a little too detailed and long. Just the basics would have been fine, didn't need walked room to room. Would stay here agian if I needed this many bedrooms.
