From the entrance, discover its spacious living room bathed in light, including a lounge area, dining area, and a fully equipped American kitchen. These spaces open up to the garden and the outdoor terrace.
The entrance houses a laundry room, well equipped to suit your needs.
Then walk along the hallway, and discover two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, giving you an optimal relaxation area as well as a double independent toilet for more convenience.
Continue your visit and let yourself be seduced by the master suite, including a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a relaxing balneo bath and shower.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a pantry, offering extra storage space and giving access to the masterpiece of this home: the indoor pool.
The latter is covered and secured, thanks to its glass windows that can be locked. Access from the house via the storeroom can also be locked. This indoor pool will allow you to enjoy the joys of swimming in peace no matter the season.
