This spacious home provides the perfect setting for a lakeside escape with a group of your favorite people. Your rental is for your group only (you will not be sharing space with additional groups). With direct lake access, 2 boat docks and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors you'll fall in love with lake life!
THE PROPERTY:
A short walk down the flat lot leads you directly into a quiet cove with a panoramic view of Lake Wedowee. This home has 2 covered boat docks. The first dock sits on 8' of water during the summer and has a ladder for easy access. The floating boat dock is on year round water with 20' of water during the summer (12' during the winter). You can bring your own boat/jet ski/water toys and launch them directly from the private boat ramp. The house is at the end of cove so you can spend the days swimming, floating or fishing without worrying about busy lake traffic.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
You won't want to leave this beautifully furnished, expansive screened-in porch overlooking picturesque Lake Wedowee! With an unobstructed panoramic view of the lake, you will be able to put your feet up and relax. During the day, swim, float and soak up the sun in your private cove. The water is easy access from the shore or jump in from one of the docks. You can bring (or rent) your own boat for full days of water fun. At night, relax and enjoy the bright stars and beautiful sounds of the lake life on one of the 2 open porches or the large, furnished screened in porch.
INDOOR LIVING:
TVs with Roku/FireSticks, Large wood-burning fire place, Wii game system, full-size washer and dryer and satellite internet service.
The kitchen includes all the essentials - an electric range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and grilling tools.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, keyless entry, linens and towels, central air conditioning and stunning wood-burning fire place. We provide an initial limited supply of paper products (paper towels, sponge, garbage bags and toilet paper). Any additional needed for your stay should be brought with you.
SECURITY: Your safety matters! This property features 2 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward-facing and do not look into any interior spaces. One camera is on the doorbell and the other faces the boat ramp at the back of the house. These cameras actively record video and will be turned on during your stay.

Our property is professionally treated regularly by a licensed pest control company. Please understand we are in close proximity to the lake and undeveloped land and you may occasionally have uninvited guests outside of anyone’s control. Bugs may swarm around outdoor lights, mosquitos can be present seasonally, and cobwebs can appear overnight.
