My home is a single level with an updated open floor plan. It has ocean and Catalina Island views from the master bedroom, kitchen and patio. The living room has a TV and a stone fireplace. The kitchen has a Thermador stove, a Kitchen Aid refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher. It also has a microwave and coffeemaker. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The very spacious second bedroom has a trundle bed and another single bed. The patio has outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is a 2 car garage with washer and dryer. High speed internet and utilities are included.
You will enjoy the amenities of the Niguel Shores community. There is a Junior Olympic size swimming pool, spa, tennis/pickle ball courts, paddle ball, sauna, and clubhouse with an outdoor fireplace. They also have a ping pong table near the pool and a field with playground equipment. The community schedules many events such as movies, food trucks, parades, sand building contests etc throughout the year. The bluff overlooking the ocean has private parking with picnic tables and private beach access.
The Dana Point Harbor offers many activities such as whale watching, kayaking, paddling, jet ski rentals, sailing and trips to Catalina Island. Laguna Beach is the town to the north and San Clemente to the south. There are numerous restaurant options in the area. Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s supermarket are close by. There is also an amazing organic farm just down the road!
It is a short drive north to Disneyland and the Discovery Cube Science Center and south to Legoland, San Diego Zoo and Wildlife Park and Balboa Park. We are midway between Los Angeles and San Diego about 60 miles to each.
