It is located in the heart of the city of Cancale, where everything is close on foot, oyster market, shops, restaurants, hiking trails. The sea is only 600 meters away. Here is a great place for your family or quiet group of friends !

- Bedroom #6, ideal for children, adjoining bedroom with the #5, with 3 single beds, shelves for clothes.

- A big living room in the basement welcomes you for afternoons and pleasant evenings with family and friends. This room is furnished with a sofa… and the youngest can have some fun without being afraid to make too much noise.

GARDEN AND DECK
As the garden and deck are facing south, you will enjoy the sun of the afternoon on the terrace and the garden - with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden is big enough and makes it a nice area for kids and adults to play around.
The northern terrace also has furniture to enjoy the morning sun.
PARK YOUR CARS AND BIKES
Three private parking spots are available in front of the house.
You can safely store your bikes/motocycles in the garage.
