With a king master bedroom, two queen bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms; there’s plenty of room to spread out across the two storeys.
You’ll be immediately welcomed in this home. Chefs of all skill levels are sure to delight in the kitchen or fire up the BBQ and dine in the view of the beach. Find everything you need in arm’s reach.
With additional inclusions such as ceiling fans in each bedroom, Wi-FI, front and rear terraces, garden and laundry room. Be rest assured knowing there’s free parking on the premises with a double garage and driveway.

Forresters Beach is a quiet beachside suburb on the Central Coast offering stunning coastal views, and the beach can be reached within minutes from the property. This is the perfect vantage point to watch whales or go for a swim, and be sure to pack your surf, paddle or body boards. Close to all the best spots on the Central Coast with Terrigal and Avoca only minutes drive south, and Bateau Bay, Shelly Beach, Magenta Shores all within a stones throw, each offering great cafes, restaurants and shops.
Wamberal Beach is a favourite of the locals. This quiet beach is spread out, with golden sands and azure shores stretching as far as the eye can see, and has patrols every day so rest assured this is a perfect and safe place to catch some waves. For those with accessibility issues or disabilities, the Wamberal Surf Club has a Sand Cruiser wheelchair available for bookings. Can’t get enough of the beach? Go for a short drive to Terrigal beach; famed for its soft golden sand and tranquil lagoon, this is a much-loved spot for swimming, surfing, and sand-castle making.
The Bateau Bay Beach picnic area is the perfect place to enjoy a family picnic, sheltered from the elements and nicely shaded. Make sure to pack your towel, because once you’ve finished your lunch, Bateau Bay is an excellent spot for fishing, snorkelling and exploring the rock pools. Afterwards, take a short scenic walk to Crackneck lookout, which offers sweeping views over the entrance and Shelly Bay. If you’re lucky, you might see a whale or two!
Aquafun Avoca Lake is home to some of the best fun and adventure you can find in the Central Coast with Australia’s largest selection of human-powered pedal boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards to explore the tranquil waterway.
