In 1957 my great-grandmother became one of five permanent residents on St. George Island. This place has been a part of our family ever since. Whether it's your first trip or you've been coming for years, I invite you to stay at Little Tradition and experience the quiet beauty of SGI. Maybe you'll make it part of your history too.
Here are the details:
Cute and colorful, ground level, dog friendly apartment in a tranquil setting. Dock and fenced yard. Queen size bed and twin size sleeper love seat. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, large shower. Charcoal park grill outdoors.
Good for a couple, but the quiet, canal location also makes it ideal for a solo traveler wanting to fish or just recharge. The beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk away. Kayaks are available and included in the fee. Several island businesses have golf carts and bikes to rent for a fun, leisurely way to get to the beach or restaurants.

My family and I no longer live upstairs but may be there visiting. Otherwise, no one should be there. If you need space for a larger group ask about renting the upstairs (sleeps 6).
