Our living room, bathed in natural light, features a comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a grand dining table for six, perfect for evening get-togethers. The penthouse includes three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and side table, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Freshen up in our two bathrooms, one modernly styled with a shower and a bidet, and the other offering a relaxing bathtub. Step out onto the expansive balcony, fitted with a BBQ, an outdoor eating area, and a coffee table - an ideal spot to soak in the city views or enjoy alfresco dining. All rooms are kept cool with Multi-Split Type Air Conditioners, promising a comfortable stay.

2. There cannot be more than 6 people (or another number negotiated before booking) on the property at any time. Violation of this rule may result in the removal of all guests without entitlement to a refund.

4. Only charcoal may be used in the BBQ. Using firewood is strictly forbidden, as the smell resulting is very strong and unpleasant, and may make our neighbours uncomfortable.

This is a self-check-in property, and by booking, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide (which can be found in "My Trips" once you book). You also agree not to contact your Airbnb host without first reading the house manual and check-in guide.

Fees: €180 per day fee for smoking inside the main house (allowed outside the main house) // €50 fee for late check-out if your late departure is not authorized. // €100 cost for changing keys or parking remote. // The guest will leave the house in the same condition as when checked in. Any additional cleaning will incur a cost of up to €100 // If any of these rules are broken and the host has to cancel or delay another booking, the guest will be responsible for compensating the host for the amount lost. // In the event that the police are notified and show up at the villa due to non-compliance with community rules, the fee will be €300.
7. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the penthouse. The cleaning fee covers activities such as cleaning and making beds, bathroom cleaning, and floor cleaning. The cleaning fee is used for house maintenance.
