Check-In Requirements
The building management requires all guests to submit photos of valid IDs. For foreigners, a copy of the passport must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to check-in for Guest Authorization Form (GAF). Failure to meet this requirement may cause delays in the check-in process.

Guests must present the approved Guest Authorization Form (GAF) at the guard and receptionist upon entry. Afterward, you can collect the key from the mailbox.
Late Check-Out and Early Check-In Fees
Both early check-ins and late check-outs are available subject to availability and approval, and will incur an additional fee.
Housekeeping and Cleaning
You can request mid-stay cleaning and linen change for a fee of 1,400 Pesos, which covers the cleaning service and laundry.
For stays of 20 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is provided free of charge to help maintain the unit in top condition for the remainder of your stay.
