This fully renovated Penthouse is ideal for a great holiday. Located in the heart of the residence \"Mira-Rosa” in the centre of Dénia, it is at only 600 m from the beach and a few steps away from all amenities. The residence has a swimming pool – with a children’s section - and beautiful gardens with a playground for the youngest as well as a sports field.
Located on the 4th floor with lift, the 90m² penthouse features a living/dining room communicating with a large terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea, the castle of Dénia and the Montgó Natural Park. The apartment has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bathtub, as well as a very-well-equipped, independent kitchen that leads to a laundry room. The cool/hot air conditioning regulates the temperature of the living room and the rooms.
There is a large, public parking area outside the residence.
