Positive: The location and condo were great! The beach was just a 5 minute walk across the A1A well lit crosswalk or you could drive 6 minutes over to the public beach access with restrooms and a picnic area. The pool was refreshing. There was a boat ramp and small fishing board walk on Green Street if you wanted to fish or bird watch. The condo was well stocked, had beach equipment and was comfortable. There were plenty of good restaurants and local shops and fun things to do or visit nearby.
Negative: The full size mattress and one side of the king size mattress were too soft.
Summary: A cozy, quiet place to relax and visit the beach just minutes away from St. Augustine.
