Positive: I highly recommend Pedra Do jota for your holidays on Porto Santo. You'll get a stunning view of the ocean right after you wake up. You're 5 minutes away from the beach. The bar located on the way is very nice and serves good food (Pe na Agua). The apartment itself is quite big and perfectly located. There's quite big living room with modern TV, equipped kitchen, 2 balconies. Really good place to enjoy the island. Our Host was very responsive and friendly. We really appreciate the fact we were able to do late check-out and leave the luggage for quite some time which was a huge deal as we went back with the evening flight.
Negative: There's a dolce-gusto coffee machine - however no coffee pods were available. Which is no big deal - but 2-3 pods would be good to have in the morning.
