House Manual.

1. Renters must include all of the guests (children, adults) that are staying in the Lake house. Owners insurance regulates the number of people that may be on the Premises (which is 8) Each additional guest that exceeds the limit will be charge $75 per night.

2. Please keep all food and drinks in the kitchen area.

3. Pets are not allowed.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Lake House. If smoking outside the house, please make sure all cigarette butts are disposed correctly.

5. Garbage needs to be put in the garbage bins located near the garage. Garbage bins need to be securely closed.

6. Espresso Machine. Use only bottled/canned water. No tap water.

7. Bed Linens. When leaving please leave all bed linens on beds.

8. Fireplaces. Please do not leave fireplace run unattended and make sure it is extinguished prior to leaving the premises.

9. Firepit/Outdoor Fire. Please make sure that any fire in the fire pit is extinguished prior to leaving the area for the day or night. No other fires, fireworks, lanterns, etc. are allowed anywhere on or around the property. This includes Chinese Lanterns.

10. Grill. Please clean grill and turn off gas supply after each use, if you move please always put it back at original place. Extra gas/propane tanks are located by the garage.

11. Sauna. Please make sure Sauna heater is turned off when not in use, ( no sauna use on summer )it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO POUR WATER ON THE SAUNA HEATER.

12. Bicycle/Canoe/Life Jackets. All items must be returned in it’s original place.

13. Deck. Main floor deck is above ground. Watch children at all times.

14. Swing rope. When in use, must wear life jacket. Keep close eye on children at all times to prevent accidents.

15. Lake. Swim at your own risk.
This Rental Agreement is subject to the following terms:
Guests may use Association Pool and Beach area. Wristbands may be obtained at the Office.
All guests must follow Lake Thunderbird Association regulations at to Canoeing, swimming, fishing, etc. Please visit:
