NEW 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Conveniently located minutes from Pinnacle Hills Promenade, XNA, I-49, and the greenway! Situated close to wonderful parks, walking/biking trails, disc golf and more! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. There is enough dinnerware for 12 people. There is also plates, bowls, cups and utensils for children. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. Pack n play and high chair included!

Summary: We rented it to stay in while in town for a concert at the Walmart Amp. Location was perfect and within less than 5 miles of the Amp. Great neighborhood, house was immaculate, and was perfect for sleeping 4 couples. Backyard backs up to a timber patch and walking trail which made for a great spot to hang out during the day.
