Like going to visit Granny, this adorable, well-appointed retreat sits in 3 private acres surrounded by woods. Electric fireplace, 2 TV's, washer/dryer, new 5-burner electric stove/oven, microwave, & side by side fridge/freezer, with dining area for 8. Charcoal grill on the partially-covered back patio also has outdoor seating for 8. Firepit for s'mores. Expansive front deck. 2 bedrooms, a loft & pullout sofa sleeps 8 total. 1 mile to Lk DeGray, 5 miles to Arkadelphia, 15 miles to Hot Springs.
Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes -1 roll of paper towel - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - detergent - dish soap - basic condiments (salt / pepper). However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.

In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
