- KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM. This is a quiet community, and this property is intended for enjoyment of the peaceful environment. No music outdoors. Quiet hours are 9pm to 6am.
- NO SMOKING. This is a strict non-smoking premise. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor may be applied.
-NO PARTIES. This is not a party house. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. This property is strictly intended for use by the guests registered on the booking.
- NEIGHBORS: Please be very respectful of the neighbors.
-DOGS: Please pick-up any pet waste in the yard before you leave and do not allow your dog to bark in the back yard. Dogs must always be attended.
- PARKING: Please use the garage spaces and driveway to park. No street parking.
- HOT TUB: Please rinse off in the shower before entering the hot tub to keep the water sparkling clean from lotions and perfumes
- GRILL: Please clean the grill after use.
-Fireplace: Make sure flue is open before making a fire and clean up ashes after use.
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for before departure. You will find this home very clean upon arrival. We ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure.
