Positive: Pros: Structurally beautiful and great decoration Large deck Great grill with extra propane Great furnishing with lots of space for big groups Lots of toys and games for families to enjoy kept our family entertained all week Clean good, quality linins Kitchen had almost everything that is needed. Living room remote controlled fans with lights Really cool bathroom mirrors with lights and defoggers Great outdoor space

Negative: Cons or issues we noticed: Gnats and ants all over the house especially (Main bathroom, Kitchen, and Sofa) Non-functioning Items: o Main floor Dining table is a bit large for the space, however, did accommodate 8 people Kitchen: Stocked very nicely, but if I were to be pick the following items and be improved Mugs for coffee (we purchased some and left them for the next guests) For home chefs the better kitchen knives, one more pot with lid Main bedroom light switch sticks and is difficult to turn off Main bathroom • Bathroom Fan switch sticks and is difficult to turn off • Bathroom appeared to be clean upon arrival however by evening time there was a large number of gnats covering all walls and floor as well as the windowsill Living Room: • Sofa has many stains, and one section falls in • Sofa also may have ants/or insects in it • Sliding doors do not slide well • Screen doors are falling of tracks, and some have tears in screens (also other screens throughout the house have similar issues, this may be the reasoning for the insect issue) Loft Area • A fan would make this space more usable during the warm summer weather o Basement Air hockey table one end is missing the goal basket Missing some darts One table tennis racket that was broken Some games are missing pieces Bathroom shower leaks out wets floor, noticeable rot surrounding shower stall Bathroom towel rack loose Toilet paper holder is broken
