About this space
My home is a stylish property, part of a modern development in the centre of Cheltenham.
The central location of the apartment is the perfect place for groups of family or friends looking to explore Cheltenham for shopping, sightseeing or business! Based on the 1st floor the apartment has two double bedrooms, comprising one king size bed and one double size bed, and a private balcony. Guests also have use of a communal lift.
The space
The apartment has a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for socializing with family and friends!
The living space has plenty of comfy seats with new Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and access to the private balcony.
The dining area has plenty of room for up to 6 diners, The brand new modern kitchen is well proportioned offering plenty of space and fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge / freezer and coffee maker.
There are two large double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a double size bed. Both bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.
The property has central heating throughout to keep you warm and cosy in the winter evenings!
There is also a private outside balcony, perfect for a spot of relaxation.
The property has a family bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a separate WC.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the apartment sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 11am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
