The space
Cottage 3 is one of five existing holiday homes at Stouts Hill Manor. It benefits from a very tranquil location in the village of Uley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms - a twin room and a master with a Super King size bed. It has tasteful furniture and furnishings, and all amenities to make a perfect stay.
Ground floor
The characterful wooden front door entrance leads to a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and has plenty of pans, pots, crockery and cutlery, including some lovely china. In here you will also find a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
The dining area has a large round table with plenty of sitting for all those family meals.
The main sitting area has two comfortable sofas and a chair, a smart TV with Netflix, Freeview and DVD player also available. The large French doors open to the private patio with a gas BBQ and some amazing views of the valleys.
Downstairs toilet is conveniently located by the front entrance.
First floor
The spacious master bedroom is tastefully decorated with calming colours, it has high ceilings and great views at the back. It has a Super King size bed and plenty of storage including a double wardrobe, bedside tables and a dressing table.
The second bedroom has two single beds and also plenty of storage space, including a double wardrobe, bedside tables and dressing table. The beautiful arched windows will give you the most magnificent views of the manor grounds and the lake to the right side.
The upper floor is completed by a modern large family bathroom with a 3-piece suite and shower over bath. We also provide a hair dryer, iron and ironing board which are located in the master bedroom.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to their cottage and are welcome to explore the grounds around the manor. Please note that the main manor house is a privately owned home, therefore we ask to respect their privacy at all times. Fishing permits are limited, so please enquiry when booking!
PARKING
The property is accessed by Lamper Hill road. As you enter Stouts Hill manor, there will be a sign indicating to turn right for the holiday cottages. Please keep going ahead until you drive under a canopy. The parking area at the front is exclusive for the guests and its conveniently located few steps away from the cottages.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Managed by a Pass the Keys, the property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey!
Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as basic toiletries. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days.
