The space
The House provides the following,
A spacious well equipped and finished kitchen with a dining table
A spacious living area with a 49" smart HD TV, connected with Netflix to ensure a non-stop entertainment. It is furnished with a sofa bed which can sleep 2 (on request)
Room 1: Furnished with 2 beds (Zip and Link)
Room 2: Furnished with a King-size bed
Room 3: Furnished with a double bed
Room 4: Furnished with a single bed
Each rooms comes with wardrobes and side drawers to ensure an ample area of storage.
The house has 2 Family bathrooms and an ensuite with an extra Toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen opens into a nice green well finished garden.
There is a baby high chair provided in the kitchen to ensure a complete dinning experience for the Family.
There is a fast internet service at the property, iron and ironing board, washing machine, Fridge Freezer, Toaster, Oven and Grill and Cooker, Dishes, Cutleries and cookeries. A parking for up to 2 cars is available and also an off street parking is available.
The house can sleep up to 8 Guests.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property and private rear garden.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
*Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. High chair available in the property.
OTHER NOTES
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone.
The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
There will be some complimentary *tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap*. Other items included are *a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll* which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is *an ALDI Store a few minutes walk away*
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

•When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows.
•When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 12 degrees.
