Welcome to our four-bedroom house in London.
My four-bedroom home is located just a short distance from the city centre and can accommodate up to 7 guests. Leyton station is just an 8-minute walk away, Leyton underground provides direct access to Liverpool Street station, only a 12-minute tube ride away, and Oxford Circus can be reached in 30 minutes. A great choice if you want to explore or work in London with fantastic connections to the city.
This comfortable and basic accommodation is perfect for those seeking a cozy and affordable stay.
Upon entering the house, you will find a well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, cooking hobs, microwave, table, crockery, pots, and pans. Whether you want to prepare a quick breakfast or cook a delicious dinner, this kitchen has everything you need.
The living area is warm and inviting, providing a homely atmosphere where you can relax and spend quality time with your family or friends.
Our house features four bedrooms, each offering comfortable beds and ample storage space for your belongings. The fourth bedroom boasts a king bed, while the third and second bedrooms offer double beds. The first bedroom is equipped with a single bed, and you will also find a travel cot in the cupboard, perfect for families travelling with a little one.
In terms of location, Leyton station on Leyton High Road is just an 8-minute walk away, making it convenient to explore the city. If you wish to venture further, Leyton Underground provides direct access to Liverpool Street station, only a 12-minute tube ride away, and Oxford Circus can be reached in 30 minutes.
For travellers arriving by air, we are well-connected to various airports. City Airport is a short 20-minute drive away, while Stansted Airport can be reached within 35 minutes by car. Southend Airport is approximately an hour away, and both Gatwick Airport and Heathrow Airport can be reached within 1 hour and 10 minutes by car.

Other things to note
Please note the following:
- Standard check-in time is from 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
- In case of lost or damaged keys, a minimum fee of £100 will be charged. Therefore, please be careful with them.
- The property is professionally cleaned and has remote access.
- After each stay, the linen and towels are removed and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
- For an additional charge, mid-stay cleaning sessions and linen can be organised upon request.
- We provide single-use toiletries for the first two days of your stay.
- A baby travel cot is available in the cupboard. Please note that bed linen is not included for the travel cot.
- Please be aware that the property is a maisonette and has stairs.
- We try to cater for all guests so If you intend on bringing a pet please let us know and you would need to agree to these additional rules:
- Additional cleaning fee of £50 required.
- No dogs on furniture or upstairs in the bedrooms.
- All dog foul to be immediately disposed of in the proper manner.
- It is preferred that the dog sleeps in a dedicated bed.
- Dogs must not be left unattended for long periods or overnight.
- We do not accept dogs that are prone to barking as they disturb the neighbours.
- Evidence of not adhering these rules may incur an additional charge and you may even be evicted, regardless of your check out date, depending on the severity.
