Built on the side of a mountain on almost 2 acres, this home offers the most privacy while still taking advantage of being right in the heart of everything.
THE ESTATE
Completely remodeled in 2022, this home features the highest quality finishes and a bright open floor plan to enjoy bringing the outdoors in. Four of the six bedrooms, including the primary suite are on the ground level and a brand-new wing was built with two additional bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, a living area and wet bar. This new upstairs wing/casita can be shut off from the main home with its own entrance for privacy.
Newly renovated to the highest standard, the residence is reached via a long driveway, flanked by mature trees. The home combines the comfort and ease of casual Arizona living with the luxurious custom details of the East Coast.

Multiple outdoor living spaces surround the beautiful large pool built into the mountainside and completely gated for privacy. The pool has a built-in table with umbrella for swim up dinning or cocktails. Sit poolside on one of the chaise lounges and daybed or relax in the swings on the covered pergola to take break from the sun. You can also dine on the covered patio and bar with built in heaters or watch a game in the covered outdoor living area with full bar and TV. Right off of the pool deck is a putting green to enjoy or be fully entertained in the rec room equip with Shuffleboard, Pool, Ping Pong and Foosball. The temperature controlled Rec Room has its own patio with a living area and fire table with some of the best views of the mountains.
