Positive: We stayed 3 nights.Stay was very pleasant.Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was plentiful. They arranged a tea factory visit for us even though we hadn't asked for it. That was very thoughtful of Madam Daisy. My kid was delighted with the Factory visit as the kind Manager helped us understand the processes. Bungalow Rooms were of the colonial era types which we loved. Staff was super attentive and helpful. The chef made tasty food as per our requests.
