Summary: The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and a decent size, the bed was comfortable. There was only one mirror in the room and no electrical outlets in the bathroom making it difficult to get ready to go out. The room was warm and the air conditioner was in operable so we had to open the window, which was fine and comfortably except it got stuck and when we called maintenance they never came. We weren’t able to check in until 4 and there were people with their luggage sitting and laying everywhere in the lobby, it looked like a homeless shelter. I will not stay here again.
