This comfortable, modern and bright ground floor apartment has 95 m² and is decorated with exquisite design and features a ducted air conditioning system in all rooms. The property has 2 beautiful bedrooms accommodating up to 4 people, a room with a desk ideal for teleworking and a laundry room. The main bedroom with access to the garden has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom equipped with two single beds is located next to a second bathroom with a shower. The rest of the living area, with an open concept, is on the same level, and offers a modern fully equipped American kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher from where access is gained to the beautiful garden with fruit trees and aromatic plants. The spacious living-dining room has a beautiful glass table with designer chairs and a comfortable sofa. Smart TV with panoramic screen, Fibre Optic Internet and double doors that give access to the wonderful and spacious 65m2 terrace.
