Perfectly located 85 square meters house in Mosfellsbær (Postcode 270), just outside Reykjavik, by the lake Hafravatn. The house is located in the country with just few summerhouses close by, but still just 5 minutes drive from the own Mosfellsbaer and just 10 minutes from downtown Reykjavik. Perfect for those who wants to listen to the silence and experince the stars and norhtern lights with minimum light polution. You can put up the fireplace inside the living room to have a cosy evening or go to the lake and have a romantic night by fire at the sand beach – just by your self.
The house can comfortably host 5-7 people.
The house is located at the Golden circle.
The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, private entrance and private parking spaces for the guests. The house is fully equipped with all necessities.

During summer time a boat for 5 persons is an option with 9,9Hpo motor. Fishing licenses in Hafravatn for two rods are incluted in fishing season.
Grocery stores are located within 5 minutes drive, and close you can find other attractions which are offered within Reykjavik and surroundings. Such as the swimming pools, restaurants, walking paths at Mt. Ulfarsfell and Esja. The famous Alafoss whool store and gym World Class.
Six 18 hole fantastic golf courses within 15 min drive where you can experience midnight golf during summertime.
