This is a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house with amazing views. Walk out to the lanai, you will be greeted by an amazing pool over looking a canal. The spacious lanai gives you plenty of room. There is also a smart TV mounted in the lanai. Once you enjoy your time in the pool, venture on down to the boat dock. While on the dock, take the time to see what is splashing around. On occasion you will see manatees. On your way down to the dock you will enjoy the landscape. Stop and have a game at the cornhole court. Enjoy a fresh lemon from the lemon tree. There is a very spacious kitchen with all the needs to make a great meal, and to entertain. We provide mostly everything you need to make your cooking easy. We also offer a gas grill for all your BBQ needs. Sit back and relax in the living room. While watching the 65 inch TV you’ll be able to recline back on the power sofa and recliner The master bedroom is an amazing room. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. There are sliding doors leading out to the pool and lanai area. The fully tiled master bathroom boasts, two separate vanities and a good size walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers, a queen size bed. The third bedroom is also a home office. There is a very comfortable pull out sulfur bed. There is also a desk and an Epson printer.. whether you work remotely or you need to catch up with things at the office this cozy room with views of the pool and thecanal makes it an office that many would be jealous of. Across the street from the home is a very nice park. You can play basketball tennis pickle ball or just take a nice stroll around the block.
