Summary: We had an incredible time at Paolyn Houseboat at the end of September! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in store for something special... the restaurant and boats are quietly tucked into the cliffs, creating a serenely stunning atmosphere. Paulo was a fantastic host and it was inspiring to know that the project also benefits the Tagbanua tribe, many of whom are employed as staff. We’ll forever cherish the memory of waking up on the emerald green waters and snorkelling before breakfast, as well as kayaking freely around the lagoon and surrounding areas. The glass houseboats are a next level experience, and all the boats have private outdoor lounge areas to relax in, with views of the mountains and lagoon. We also loved the dishes we tried at the restaurant, which included plenty of fresh fish and some Italian cuisine. Overall our stay was absolutely idyllic and I just wish we could have stayed longer! We both agreed it was the most beautiful hotel experience we’d ever encountered. Thank you Paolo and April Lyn!
