Positive: The location was great, with an incredible view towards the sea from the balcony. By the way is just awesome to drink your coffee in the morning sitting in the balcony and watching the sun and the sea. Just a 10 minute stroll by the sea, up to the Marina / Old Town where all the great bars, restaurants, rooftops are located. If you are an active person, you may go running on the beach or just by the sea. We had two additional requests during our stay, one day we asked for a vaccum and the administrator brought us one, although it was not part of this apartment's usual amenities, and we also requested 1 hour extra for our check-out, in the last day, and it was accepted. You also have there iron + iron table, hair dryer, boiling water machine, microwave, big fridge, nescaffee coffee machine with capsules and we already found there some, which we used in the first 2 mornings, and after that we bought some from the coffee shop across the street, so we also left additional ones there for next visitors. You can also cook if you want, you have enough "tools" in the kitchinette. We've also received extremely detailed instructions on how to get to the location and how to leave the keys upon leaving.
Negative: Visiting Cyprus in winter is a bit of a challenge, due to the fact that in Cyprus the heating is done through solar pannels, so in this time of the year, in the mornings you need to wait on average for 45 minutes until the water gets hot, but we found out in couple of days that this is something specific for the entire Cyprus, not for this apartment in particular. During summer, we understand that it is very hard to get cold water, based on the same principle ;) Going to specifics, in this apartment, if 4 persons use both of the showers in the evenings, the hot water goes away pretty fast, the bathrooms are quite small and they are surrounded by textile curtains, which makes it somewhat even smaller. One of the baths does not have a proper drain, so the additional water from.the showers takes some time until it evaporates. One of the bedrooms is pretty draughty and it tends to get cold at nights, you can take some extra blankets from the drawers. Overall the place is pretty clean, but the amenaties are not the newest, so it is not the spotless place we've seen. Also prepare to hear the bell tolls on Sunday mornings and on important holidays 🙈 Could be also fun, only some from the group (light sleepers) were annoyed because of this.
