This property is located on Caye Caulker's north side. This is separated from town (and from where guests would arrive by plane or boat) by a small channel called 'The Split'. This means the transport of guests for check-in is recommended to be organized by our concierge and comes at an extra cost. It involves a taxi pickup at the boat terminal/airstrip which then heads north, crosses 'The Split' on a small barge, and drives a few minutes north to the property.
Guests are approximately 10 minutes away from town by bicycle but still have to cross the channel on the barge and pay a small fee at every crossing.
Swimming at the beach and pool is at your own risk.

Summary: The top floor studio was everything we could have asked for with my wife and I staying there for 5 days. The property itself was well maintained and the top floor view was unbelievable. Bikes were a great help to explore the north side of the island. It is the quiet side but an easy pontoon ride from the water taxi to the southside's abundance of restaurants and nightlife. Loved it and would recommend!
