Negative: The parking pass was a nightmare to get did not have any to help on site the manager said she took care of property only and could not help with anything finally got a hold of HOA and the helped after 3 days of our vacation was ruined trying to take care of this they was going to boot our car tires and didn’t have all the bands for pool in either condo and will be charged for them
Summary: Would have been better without worrying about our vehicle’s being booted
