Positive: Location is amazing

Negative: The biggest issue was the staff response, comfort, and overall stay experience. There was an electrical panel located about a meter away from the bed that produced a constant loud noise throughout the night. The sound was impossible to ignore and made it very difficult to sleep — I had to use earplugs just to get some rest. When I contacted the staff about the issue, the only suggestion they gave was to close the panel door because they assumed the noise was coming from it. After that, they never followed up or tried to resolve the problem further. As a result, I spent two nights sleeping very uncomfortably. In any hotel or apartment stay, the most basic expectation is comfort and good sleep. This should be guaranteed. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room, which was also surprising, since this is usually a basic amenity provided everywhere. To be fair, the apartments themselves are actually very nice. However, because of the staff’s lack of attention and unwillingness to properly address the issue, my overall impression was poor, and I would not recommend staying here.
