With the distinguished traveler in mind, this studio suite offers the clean uncluttered lines of modern design in an efficient and highly functional live/work environment. Sweeping views of the Arkansas River and Riverside Park's cottonwood trees dancing lightly on the breeze provide vital, if not hypnotic, contrast. Salida was formerly known as South Arkansas until Governor Hunt passed through in 1880 on his way back from a trip to Mexico and suggested the name. *This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salida. There are working restaurants and bars in the area. Be prepared for a truly urban experience.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

Summary: We loved staying at this condo in the Palace Hotel. It's super comfortable, has a nice kitchen area, and the bathroom is recently remodeled. The location is perfect for Salida adventures! The one downside is there is no assigned parking, but we didn't have an issue finding parking nearby in Feb.
