Positive: A very cozy place. Modern mixed with what I would expect mountain living to be. Very clean. Everything you need is provided. Master bath is updated and immaculate. The private beach was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and grilled often. The property is very well maintained.

Negative: Description of the property did not specify that the hot tub and fire pit is shared with two other units. The kitchen window does not have any windows treatments and it is wide open for anyone in the parking area to see straight into the rental.
