Situated beneath a beautiful live oak tree, Our Favorite Perch is located on a cul de sac a block from the beach. Features include a fireplace in the living area, Hunter ceiling fans throughout, skylights, 2 TVs, 1 DVD player and WiFi. Enjoy one of the many rocking chairs on the large screened porch and sundeck. Other amenities include movies for a rainy day, an enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill and picnic table. Linens are not included.

Summary: Great location to a beautiful beach, Great space & good layout, lots of bedrooms- not enough storage in dressers, no place to put food away- kept food on the counter & above the fridge. Bedding & mattresses need to be retired - and stools at the counter were too tall for the counter.
