Brand new(July 27, 2017) beautiful lake home with terrific views from huge 14X40 front deck of Lewis and Clark Lake. This 5 bedroom 3 bath treasure will be sure to please. The Master bedroom features a King size bed and private bathroom. A exercise/coffee room is situated right next to the Master bedroom. The Great Room boasts a full wall of windows to embrace the beautiful view.
Extra guests will enjoy the lower level walk out where you will find ample hand out space in the shade and a cozy fire pit to end your perfect night with s'mores, stars and a great view of the lake. The second and third bedrooms house a queen size bed with a view of the lake. The 4th/5th bedrooms are great for teens and little ones who love to play. You will find a full on full bunk in each room with plenty of kid friendly essentials. Other great essential finds that will keep you entertained are satellite TV/Cable, wifi, oddles of board games and yard games.
We are only 1/2 mile from the entrance to the state park where you will have access to the bike trail, beach, boat launch and marina grill.
One mile down the road you will find a small grocery store and another bar grill local spot to hang out.
Enjoy the sites of Yankton, boating on the water, fishing at Gavins Point Dam, or hang out at the beach.
