The Federal House is a historic, 5-bedroom, two-story home built in 1814. It was remodeled in 2003, adding modern amenities such as central air conditioning and a large in ground swimming pool. This entertainment-oriented home sits on over 5 acres of land and features a updated country kitchen, dining room with table for 12, living room, game room, pool and patio. There are 5 bedrooms in the Main Federal House including a 1st floor primary suite with full bathroom. Original features such as tall ceilings and extra wide hardwood plank floors are still evident throughout the house.
The Federal House is a perfect location for a large group or family gathering. For those playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park you will have everything you need within a short distance. The house is only 1 mile from the park and a block away from the grocery store, McDonalds and more.
