For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning, bed linens and bathroom towel sets for the occupancy of the property.
Located only 1500ft. from Scarborough Beach, this single level vacation home is one you will want to return to year after year. All three bedrooms are spacious with queen sized beds and the kitchen, living and dining areas are open with sliders to a deck and grassy backyard. The queen sized pullout sofa in the living room was purchased in spring 2023 and is perfect as an extra bed. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The interior of the home is clean and bright with hardwood floors and tile for easy cleanup. The owner provides two portable air conditioning units to keep the property cool. A well behaved dog is allowed with $100 pet fee with prior approval from Sunrise Properties. The driveway can accommodate two larger cars, or three smaller cars.
Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
