Situated on the corner of the canal with 266' of waterfront, this home is located right in the heart of the Choctawhatchee River with easy access to the Choctawhatchee Bay and the fresh water springs to the North. Come to kayak, boat, fish, relax and so much more. Panama City Beach is 35-40 minutes away. 35 mins to Pier Park.

With a beautiful screened in back porch with a kitchen, you and your friends/family will never want to leave! Whether you are here for a relaxing getaway, to explore the Choctawhatchee River, or even a digital nomad; Hook, Wine and Sinker is your home!
This home is a getaway! By this, we mean that most things are a bit of a drive to get to (35-60min). Once you are here, it is a tranquil, beautiful escape. That being said, just remember to stop and get groceries on your way in!

Being a more secluded getaway service can be spotty. We have the fastest wifi available out here but it still may lag sometimes and can only handle a couple devices at the same time with good speed.
The house is on a well so the water may sometimes have a distinct smell to it in the shower. Nothing to be concerned about but just a heads up so you know why!
