SOUNDSIDE Salvo - North Sand Dollar Dr. Vacations may come and go, but memories made at FAMILY TIDES will remain with you forever. The comforts of this home include a private pool for a splash of fun. Inside the first level of the home, the game room offers more entertainment at the pool table and accompanying wet bar. There are two bedrooms on this level, one queen master suite, with private bath and a bunk room (double bed over double bed) that uses the bath shared with the game room. The mid-level is home to three more bedrooms, a king master suite and two queen bedrooms that share a full hall bathroom. All bedrooms on this level have access to the deck with sound views and soothing hot tub. All bedrooms in the home come equipped with a 32" TV. The top-level features one more king master suite and the grand great room surrounded by windows and heightened by vaulted ceilings. A large flat screen TV is available to the group and doors lead out onto the top deck with splendid views of the Pamlico Sound and some of the best sunsets in Salvo. The dining area is located next to the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and breakfast bar for additional seating. A few steps up is a cozy crow's nest with a home office equipped with a desk and monitor. The home is located on the closest lot to the beach in the Wind Over Waves neighborhood and has community conveniences that make it the perfect location for soundside windsports and fun with a boat ramp and pier into the sound just a short walk from the home. FAMILY TIDES provides such memorable vacation experiences that your family will want to return over and over again.(Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)
