Big screen TVs located throughout the house range from 50 to 65 inches. The master bedroom has a 65-inch tv. Large backyard, putting green and fringe area. Backyard patio landscaping lights. 4 umbrellas, 6 lounge chairs, and another outside dining table with 6 chairs. New Weber BBQ (natural gas).
You have full access to the entire house. Please consider this your home during your stay and treat the home and neighbors with respect.
Other things to note
• Pets are allowed however there is an additional fee of $300 per pet. (Max. 2 pets) You must message us prior to your check-in if you plan to bring a pet.
• Pool/spa heating is $150/ night with a 2-night minimum. SPA only is $75/night
• Concierge services during your stay (private chef, massages, entertainment, pre-arrival grocery shop & set-up, and more!)
Additional Information:
Regarding extra guests: 14 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children (no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 14 guests will result in cancellation without a refund of the reservation.
CLEANING PROTOCOL: There isn't anything more important to us than the well-being, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and disinfection protocols and take extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with clinic-grade sanitizing solutions and our team is working around the clock to ensure that we are prepared for any guest concerns that emerge. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We closely monitor all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves. We want to make sure all of our guests feel comfortable and know they are walking into a clean and sanitized house.
PARKING: Please absolutely no street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. You must park inside the garage or the driveway only. TWO DRIVEWAY SPOTS FOR SMALLER CARS AND A GARAGE FOR 2 MORE CARS. 4 CARS TOTAL. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE LARGER CARS AS THERE MIGHT NOT BE SPACE. PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.
HOUSE RULES: 1. *STRICT*. No loud noise is allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines ($5000) Apply and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. 2. Respect the house and report all damages 3. No overnight street parking 4. No parties or events allowed 5. No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed on the premises 6. We love our pets and welcome yours [additional fees apply>ask your host] 7. Must be 21 years old to book
*If you will be attending an event (concert, sporting event, etc) and in the event, it is canceled you will not be provided a full refund if it is outside of the time frame outlined in our cancellation policy. Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the property. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house only, not in private areas. House protected by noise awareness. It's a noise monitoring system that records decibel levels to make sure city noise ordinances are followed. Note: this does not record audio just noise levels.*
WAIVO SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER AGREEMENT
On behalf of Luxury Desert Escape, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives your security deposit up to $5,000, the waiver limit purchased by you, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to the real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $5,000. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo's responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS: This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from 1. Acts of god 2. Prior damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art or collectibles. This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by you. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS: Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if the damage is eligible for reimbursement at its actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. A stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay for which you purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when you occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when you depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent, or the owner of the vacation rental property within 3 days of your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS: You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter's spouse, children, and any other person the renter invited onto the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and the use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences to those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and exercise equipment. All other platform Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
