Positive: The property was really close to the town centre but far enough away to be in a quiet area. Great kitchen facilities and positive owner.

Negative: Room was smaller than we imagined for the price we paid. Had to ask the neighbours to turn the tv down due to walls being paper thin at around 10:30pm.
