Our cozy log Almost Heaven Cabin nestled in the Laurel Highlands is just a few minutes away from all the fun. If you choose to enjoy natures outdoor, take a tour, visit local flea markets & festivals, this is a great place to stay. Great local attractions including, Ohiopyle Park where you can go Hiking, Biking, Fishing, White water rafting, Skiing & snowmobile trails (winter only), near state game lands, Lady Luck Casino, resorts and attractions such as Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpieces Fallingwater, Kentucky Knob and Duncan House. The cabin also includes a full kitchen but we also have great local restaurants & coffee houses including Curt’s Family Restaurant, Braddock’s Inn Restaurant, Rustic Joe’s Coffee House, Maywood Grill, & Stone House Restaurant. Mountain Pies (pizza shop) also delivers to our cabin.
Almost Heaven Cabin sleeps 4 people and has (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom just RENOVATED with tub/shower, living room with futon sofa, full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and cookware, (2) tvs, cable, wifi, private deck, a/c, gas fireplace, outdoor charcoal grill, outdoor fire pit, and electric furnace. No Pets! This cabin has parking for 2 cars. Boat/Trailer Parking & Additional Car Parking is available with advance notice.

Summary: Cabin was spotless inside and well equipped with all we needed. Very well furnished, close to all activities and places we wanted to visit, especially Falling Waters and Kentuck Knob. Scenery was spectacular. Restaurant choices rather limited, however River’s Edge Cafe in Ohiopyle is worth the trip! L
