Our Seaside Retreat is a newly renovated beautiful, OCEANFRONT, TOP FLOOR condo featuring one bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, one bathroom with custom tiled walls, updated and well stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops, new doors, all freshly painted walls and ceilings, wood floors, flat screen TVs, high speed wifi, grilling common area, private walkway to the beach, 2 elevators, outdoor showers, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, convenient ground level bathrooms right off the beach, security, convenient off-street parking and 24 hour check in/out services. Enjoy the beautiful views from the oceanfront balcony with seating for dining or lounging.
Linens ARE INCLUDED with the rental, along with towels (2 sets per person) NOT beach towels
There is coin operated laundry located on the ground floor along with a small arcade, drink & snack machines and a pool side club lounge.
The property is only cleaned after your exit - not during your stay.
