Positive: The view is breathtaking. The owner thought of all the necessary appliances and even provided small snacks at home. A golf cart is available for the unit, which is essential for that location, and I’m glad it was included in the rent. They also had some beach furniture and kids’ toys, which I noticed at the last minute on our check-out day. They provided a crib upon request and, most importantly, a heating appliance, which was wonderful since we traveled during Thanksgiving and it was cold outside.
Negative: Everything was great, only the arrival experience wasn't as I expected and apparently it was my mistake not reading through the instructions properly. Just a note for anyone traveling there—especially during the holidays: book your taxi in advance (we got lucky someone picked us up on the way going up to the property). You definitely need a vehicle to get there upon your arrival.
