Patio on the Pacific has beautiful ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. On a nice day in Oceanside, you can enjoy the sailboats going by on the Pacific from the couch! To relax and recharge, use the fireplace and smart TV’s in the living and bedroom.
We have internet speeds of 200mbps for anyone who wants to work out of our home!
This luxury glam condo is a corner unit on the top floor of building G in the North Coast Village and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and pools in the community.
The space
We call our condo Patio on the Pacific because the patio is truly what makes the unit special.
The condo was recently renovated and is updated with smart TV’s and new kitchen amenities such as a new fridge and dishwasher. Carpeted floors. WiFi and cable TV are included.
There are an elevator and stairs to get to unit.

Summary: Anywhere close to the beach is expensive. This Condo was somewhere in the middle as far as cost, beach access and convenience. Great parking access included in the cost. Property location has great green space, landscaping, waterfall & running stream which makes for a peaceful experience. No AC can make for a warm late afternoon but plenty of fans help. Overall a pleasant stay.
