The house boasts 2 large balconies spanning both first and second floors, offering delightful views overlooking the Football Stadium, Waterfront and Robin Island. The option to convert the upper level into a self contained unit for parents, older children or another couple is ideal - even offers your own entrance should you require.
A portable Weber is available for a delicious BBQ/braai while enjoying sunset drinks on the balcony or while you laze by the pool.
3 Large en suite bedrooms, with two Queen size beds and one King size bed. Plenty of cupboard space in each bedroom is provided. Each en-suite bathroom has a shower and two bathrooms have baths/tubs – one larger soaking tub and one standard size. Two additional guest toilets for both the downstairs and upstairs areas.
Large fully equipped Kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine, gas stove, tumble dryer and washing machine that opens into a fabulous open plan lounge leading onto a balcony with more beautiful ocean views.
The kitchenette on the top level has a kettle, fridge and microwave.
Two TV lounges with satellite TV/DSTV and a wide screen TV for your viewing pleasure. If TV is not your thing then relax around the pool or on one of the two balconies.
