The open floorplan offers an easy two-level living for up to 10 guests (8 adults max). Off the main living area is a separate family room with 2 plush sofas & sliding glass doors that leads to another Ocean View deck area...a nice quiet space to relax & getaway with a glass of wine at sunset! Rounding out the main level is our stunning Master Retreat, complete with a King size bed, cozy gas fireplace, seating area, it's own separate ocean view deck, & ensuite bath with separate tub & shower + dual vanity sinks.

A set of stairs with bamboo wood flooring leads to the lower level family room, a great place for children & includes a super comfortable sofa (you'll love it!), SMART TV, and direct access to the expansive and lush backyard surrounded by mature landscape & complete with games for the whole family including ping pong & cornhole. Down 2 separate / opposite hallways are 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms (see Bed & Bath Arrangements below for additional detail) + separate laundry room with sink & side x side washer/dryer.

Excitement sets in as you approach a set of stairs off the main level that leads you to the top level rooftop sky deck! A romantic spot to escape & enjoy gorgeous sunsets & endless blue water views.

Our home is located just a 10 minute walk to renowned Swami's Beach with an easy pedestrian & bike bridge. This is the ideal spot to surf, swim, or just relax on the sandy beach & soak in the San Diego sun!
• Shops & Dining
Less than 10 minute walk will also get you to the Cardiff Town Center. Enjoy surf shops like Patagonia, grab a cup of coffee at Bump Coffee, treat yourself to a donut at VG Donut & Bakery, & visit Seaside Market for all your grocery needs. Guests will receive a comprehensive dining guide with seafood, Mexican, & Italian options like Pacific Coast Grill, Las Olas, & Cicciotti's.
• Activities
Take advantage of fun daytime activities at San Elijo State Beach including fishing, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, & windsurfing! Golfers, we are about 10 minute drive to Encinitas Ranch golf course.
• Attractions
Take a 15 minute trip down south to the famous Del Mar Race Track or beautiful Torrey Pines State Reserve and Golf Course. ~25 minutes north head for a fun family day at LEGOLAND California. Other top attractions within about a 30 minute drive include Sea World San Diego, San Diego Zoo, and the Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements
Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy
Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise
Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
