Summary: The communication with the owner was horrible. Owner wouldn’t release details about the check-in process until 24 hrs prior to arrival. Made us really nervous about this listing being a scam. We’ve rented dozens of houses and apts for vacations over the years and this was the worst communication and check-in we’ve ever had! Dirty kitchen, Used coffee grounds in the coffee maker, and promised parking space was occupied upon our arrival. I really wanted to rate this one star, but I give it two because it was large enough for our needs (we needed 3 bedrooms), it truly is walkable to Ocean Park Beach, and it was available for a single night rental. No other places in downtown San Juan met that criteria when we made the reservation. Unfortunately, all things considered, we wouldn’t rent it again, can not recommend it to people we know, and found it a poor value for what we got.
